Bûbu Mâ Gûchya was founded durring the late 13th century in spring of the year 1153, by Glêb. The establishment of Bûbu Mâ Gûchya was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Bûbu Mâ Gûchya's construction back out of the project. Glêb pushed on reguardles, and Bûbu Mâ Gûchya was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Bûbu Mâ Gûchya was built using the conventions of Rattu durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Bûbu Mâ Gûchya is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Bûbu Mâ Gûchya is buildings are arranged arround a network of restrictive paverstone streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The city sits behind a stone-renforced palisade wall, with stone gatehouses and timber drawbridges for their trench. Bûbu Mâ Gûchya's would-be-castle fortifications are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the city as needed.

Right off the bat Bûbu Mâ Gûchya hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Many of those buildings are schools, scriptoriums, and even one college. One can only wonder what knowledge the town has come into.
